How To Order

  1. Browse through our products and click the Add To Cart button to place the required number of items in the shopping cart.

  2. When you have made your selection click the Go To Shopping Cart link.
  3. You can edit the quantity of products in your shopping cart and click Proceed To Checkout to continue.
  4. To enable us to process your order we need to know your name, email address, telephone number and shipping address. We only ship to mainland UK. Please enter your shipping address then click the Proceed button.
  5. A summary of your order and shipping details is shown. Please click the Confirm Order button to continue or the Modify Shipping/Payment Info button to re-enter your shipping details.
  6. After a short delay you will arrive at our secure Paypal payment page. Please select your payment method and complete your payment details. All payments are handled securely by Paypal and we have no access to your credit/debit card details.
  7. If your payment details are accepted by Paypal you will have the opportunity to print a receipt from within Paypal.
  8. When your payment has been approved you will arrive back at our website and will receive confirmation of your order on-screen and by email.
  9. Finally, don't worry about "BuzzBoutique" appearing on your bank/credit card statement, we have thought of everything. Your order will show up as "Hoojar Limted", this is the company we set-up that owns the Buzz Boutique.

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to notify you that your order has been dispatched. All orders will be delivered by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery or by Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery and will be sent in plain, discreet packaging with no identifying marks to let the postman know what fun lies inside the parcel!!.
