What are the delivery costs and options?
Orders placed now should arrive within 4 working days, with a working day being Monday to Friday inclusive.
UK Delivery Charges
Delivery is free to all UK addresses on all orders with goods of £9.99 or over.
Delivery is free to all UK addresses on all orders with goods of £10 or over.
Express Next Day - Royal Mail Special Delivery
Need your order in a hurry? Express Delivery guarantees delivery to mainland UK addresses by 1pm the next day on orders placed before 4pm UK time. Not available for Sunday delivery.
Express delivery costs £6.95
The Royal Mail does not offer next-day delivery to some remote regions of the UK. Check the Royal Mail website for details.
International Delivery Charges
Standard Delivery - Air Mail
Delivery by Air Mail to European addresses cost £10.00. Delivery takes 6-8 working days. You will not receive a tracking code. Choose Express Delivery to ensure your parcel is trackable.
Delivery to all other places in the world costs £20.00. Delivery takes 8-10 working days. You will not receive a tracking code. Choose Express Delivery to ensure your parcel is trackable.
Express Delivery - Air Sure
We recommend you choose this option to guarantee fast delivery. We cannot guarantee delivery or trace Standard Delivery Air Mail parcels once they reach your country's postal service.
Express delivery to European addresses costs £15.00. Delivery takes 3-5 working days.
Express delivery to all other places in the world costs £25.00. Delivery takes 6-8 working days.
Discreet Packaging and Secure Delivery
All Buzz Boutique parcels are sent in plain packaging.
What if your order doesn't arrive when you expect?
If your UK delivery is more than 4 working days overdue, please contact us.
Returns
How do I return a product?
Buzz Boutique has a no-nonsense no-quibbles returns policy.
The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 say that you have the right to cancel an order without giving a reason within 7 days.
With Buzz Boutique, you can cancel an order within 7 days for a full refund. If your order has already been despatched when we receive your cancellation, we will deduct the cost of any shipping from your refund.
You may exchange unused and unopened products within 30 days for alternative items.
Unless items are defective, you return them to us at your expense.
The Buzz Boutique Promise
You may exchange products for any reasons for up to 30 days after purchase as long as your products are unused and unopened.
If you have ordered something by mistake, or simply decide that you don't want it, you may return it to us at your expense for a replacement within 30 days.
For hygiene reasons Buzz Boutique cannot accept returns of adult toys if they have been opened.
Defective Items
If the product is defective, please give a full description of the fault and return it in its original packaging with all manuals and accessories for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase.

All returned products are tested and will be sent back to you if they are working.
Please thoroughly clean all returned defective products and wrap them securely in a plastic bag.
Refunds
The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 require us to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation, and it will be. In practice, it will be much quicker - within seven days of us receiving your returned product or us arranging to collect it from you.
To return an item
Please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send it to the address below.
If you are returning an item because it is defective, or because of a mistake on our part, please contact us and we will provide you with a freepost returns address.
You do not need to return your item by Special Delivery or Recorded Post. Please obtain a certificate of posting.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
We can arrange to collect an item from you. The cost of collecting the item will be deducting from any refund that is due.
